- How do I pay for a Smart Care purchase?
Smart Care offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, rest assured that Smart Care's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
To pay for your purchase, you can use Internet Banking, a gift card, Cash on Delivery, or your wallet.
SmartCare.in also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.
- Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Smart Care?
When you purchase Smart Care, there are NO additional fees. All of the items' quoted prices are final and inclusive. You pay precisely what is listed on the product page's price.
Depending on the seller's policies, there can be additional delivery fees. Please verify with each seller to confirm.
- What is Cash on Delivery?
You can use the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment option if you don't feel comfortable using SmartCare.in's online payment system. When a product is delivered to your door using C-o-D, you can pay in cash there and then without having to make an online payment in advance.
The highest order value that may be paid for using Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) is 50,000. Only cash is accepted as payment for it. C-o-D orders are not eligible for the use of gift cards or store credit. A C-o-D payment cannot be made in foreign currencies. We only accept Indian Rupees.
How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries.
Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
You'll need your credit card number, expiration date, and three-digit CVV number to pay with a credit card at the checkout (found on the backside of your card). You will be taken to the bank's page to enter the online 3D Secure password after providing these details.
Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
You will need your card number, expiration date (optional for Maestro cards), and three-digit CVV number to pay with your debit card at the checkout (optional for Maestro cards). After that, you'll be taken to a secure page provided by your bank where you may enter your bank-issued internet password to finish making the payment.
Internationally issued credit/debit cards cannot be used for Flyte, Wallet and eGV payments/top-ups.
- How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation. Please check if the selected items are "Cash on Delivery" eligible.
Your order will be processed for shipment in the time frame chosen, starting from the date of confirmation, after it has been verified and confirmed. To complete the payment, you will have to give cash solely to our courier partner when your order is delivered.
